Designed by Lazaro Rosa Violan, the view from the signature restaurant spills out onto the magnificent Piłsudski Square, the scene of so many memorable moments in Warsaw’s rich history. Poland’s heritage is referenced inside the restaurant, which is decorated in the bold blues and whites that typically appear on Polish pottery, accented by touches of international-inspired design. The ambience is fresh yet warm, a space in which guests feel part of something special and unique.
This blend of the local and international is reflected in the Grill’s menu. At breakfast, the freshest fruit, bakery and charcuterie are complemented by hot à la carte dishes. For dinner, our acclaimed chefs use the best local ingredients to create contemporary interpretations of Polish and international classics.
The elegantly restored lobby of Raffles Europejski Warsaw evokes the splendour of the past, creating a spectacular ‘grand welcome’ for guests and visitors. Design and art are creatively combined, with art deco detail, handcrafted furniture and notable pieces of contemporary Polish art sitting beneath the breathtaking Milky Way ceiling installation.

Inspired by the iconic Long Bar in Raffles Singapore, the birthplace of the famous Singapore Sling cocktail, this has become a signature part of our story. In Raffles Europejski Warsaw, the 50 seat Long Bar is beautifully crafted from smooth marble, creating a sleek, elegant feel. The ambience is complemented by a stunning glass sculpture, designed by Polish artist Dorota Buczkowska. Behind the bar, a tile mural by Jarosław Fliciński creates a unique statement.
The menu brings the best of the world’s cocktails to Warsaw, including the signature Singapore Sling. The Asian influence, paying homage to the original Long Bar, inspires the choice of food, with light, fragrant, authentic dishes and canapés from the orient.
The original Lourse Warszawa patisserie was famous throughout the city, a place for Warsaw society to meet over exquisite delicacies and tea. Today’s patisserie celebrates that century-old heritage with its classical white ivory and brass décor, recreating the beauty of days gone by. The space invites guests to linger over the best cakes and pastries in Warsaw and indulge themselves with a traditional tea brewing ceremony.
This 16-seat lounge is a unique meeting place and sanctuary for cigar lovers and connoisseurs of single malts, brandies and Armagnac. Inspired by the greenery and flowers of Warsaw, the ceiling is covered with floral green wallpaper, creating an intimate ambience. A large mirror hangs over a cosy fireplace, which reflects its light on the green-tiled walls. The feeling is that of an exclusive gentleman’s club, where travellers from all over the world are immediately made welcome.
The Humidor has its own decadent menu featuring wonderfully indulgent chocolate creations, specially designed to complement the array of single malts and brandies. The complex flavours enhance and deepen the notes of each drink, bringing out their unique characteristics, be that floral, smooth or subtly smoky.
