From 5 March 2024, our Oriental Chef de Cuisine Firas El-Borji will be offering connoisseurs of oriental cuisine a unique range of dishes from the Middle East. The restaurant will be open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday. On the menu are Lebanese classics such as Hummus, Babaganousch and Falafel, as well as modern interpretations of traditional dishes. Restaurant open for breakfast from 7.00 am to 10.30 am, lunch from 12.00 pm to 2.00 pm and dinner from 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm, every day, offering international cuisine using both typical and, at times, rare, locally sourced products. In the summer, the large panoramic sun terrace with its Lounge area invites you to dine al fresco. On Saturdays and Sundays, there is an A la Carte brunch served.
